Leased 2 great Lexus vehicles from the best Lexus dealership
I just leased my second Lexus and this one is incredible. Got the GS350 AWD F-Sport and my Salesman, Michael Lioi went out of his way to take care of me. I did not want any car that wason the lot and was considering another brand(German) but Michael searched for the specific one I wanted and got it for me. Came right off the ship and was delivered exactly to my specifications. Actually it was more than I expected. The technology and options are incredible! I'm glad I went with a Lexus again. The entire process went smooth and it couldn't have been any better if not for Michael. He is cool as a cucumber. I would recommend him to anyone and the dealership really takes good care of you! AMAZING EXPERIENCE
It was a great pleasure working with Natalia. She helped me out in matching what we were looking for at the price range that we were expecting. The service was AMAZING. I used to be a loyal Route 10 Lexus customer but after this incident I may think twice about getting service here. This is my second Lexus Rx and I had an issue with the daytime driving lights. The car is 7 years old so it was about time I guess for them to burn out. So drove through and asked them to look at the car since no indicator light went on just to see if it was a bulb problem or a fuse. It was indeed the bulb but they also checked out the rest of the car as courtesy. The tech service person tells me that I have a leak in the water pump and that should be replaced and that a bearing on the suspension is cracked and showing some wear. The cost approx $800 for the water pump and $1600 to do the suspension. Well here is the crux of my issue. I've been having my car serviced by my family's mechanic who has taken care of my Lexus (oil changes, filters, tire rotation, the works). The water pump was replaced 2 years ago because it was cracked at the time. I told them just to replace the bulbs and I will bring the car back to have my mechanic look at it. Brought it to my mechanic...lo and behold. No leak in the water pump. Dry as a bone even with the car running on the lift. The suspension? NO CRACK or WEAR that would be concerning. I'm really disappointed with Lexus of Route 10 service and doubt I will return

Fast Food Car Buying
Went in to return my lease and discussed my displeasure with how I was treated last year trying to replace one of my lexus' and was taking business elsewhere at 3:46pm. Came out at 6:15 with a new no haggle price vehicle and ate a couple of cookies while I waited. Quickest car purchase I ever been involved in, and I wasn't expecting to come home with a new car. Hands Down best Lexus dealership I have been to, after visiting 4 different ones.

2014 IS 350 bought
Awesome experience! From the parking lot to the showroom floor to my very own car you can tell that Lexus of Route 10 is very meticulous and takes care of their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Julia Roldan and she was very awesome to work with. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly - easy to talk to. This was my first experience with purchasing a Lexus and it was great! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for Lexus to come here before going anywhere else.

very tiring
bought a preowned car from them and more than 2 month later didn't receive my registration and plates . called them many times. spoke to my salesman which always told me it takes time though i bought many cars in the past and never had to wait longer than 3 weeks for the plates. finally he tells me that they never asked me for my social security number. a month and half later still no registration or plates. i called the GM and sales manager and gotten only promises for fix and nothing happens..meanwhile i am driving with an expired temporary license plate. very unhappy

Stress free buying experience
The one hour drive to the dealership was worth every mile. Natalia was professional, kept the experience stress free, answered all our questions and kept her promise. Sean continued the stress free experience by keeping financing our purchase simple and went out of his way to get great rate at terms were looking for. Julia and Eric made delivery relaxing and informative. Kudos to the whole team.
