They have excellent customer service and pride themselves on doing what's right, not just making money. They care about their customers and especially my fellow disabled veterans. If you're going to buy a Lexus, but it here.

Great experience!

Rt 10 was so friendly, helpful and very willing to help me seek out my needs!! Natalia was my saleswoman and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was personable and she understood what I was looking for in an RX. Best experience with them!! Loved the whole team and the attention was individualized. Thank you, rt 10!! My family and I will be back!

Wonderful example of not using a Hard Sell!

I purchased a RX350 F Sport from Ms. Natalia Ojeda, whom I met over the internet through the dealership website. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with only her and not two or three other people as I have experienced in other dealerships. For me, the hard sell is strictly a turn off. I will highly recommend the dealership and Ms. Ojeda to anyone I know that might be interested in a Lexus.

Car Buying as it should be

Julia was a pleasure to deal with in my transaction. She was knowledgable and attentive during the whole transaction process of my purchase. I traded a 2008 ES350 for a 2012 ES350 and the whole process was great, the way it should be and hardly ever is. It started with a pleasant sales rep, Julia, great help from Wayne during the finance dealings, and ended with the help of Mark getting us familiar with the amenities of the newer version. I will be back.

My First Lexus ever !

i just finalized my very first Certified-Lexus purchase this week. I had the pleasure of randomly contacting Julia Roldan when I called to Lexus of Rt. 10. I shared with her that I was planning to purchase an RX-350 by year-end, and have been searching over the internet for "the right" vehicle. I also told her that I contacted several other Lexus dealerships and gave them all the specific parameters that I was looking for in my upcoming purchase. Julia listened attentively and was confident that she could locate some vehicles to show me. Julia kept me informed during her search, and notified me of several SUV's that were "Certified" and within my budget. Our last phone call was Christmas week, and Julia said that she believed that she "found my RX-350". The SUV had just come into the dealership and had everything I was looking for. I thought with all of the options that she mentioned, it would surely be out of my price range. Julia said she would work with her team and try to make it happen. SHE DID ! Exactly what I was looking for (even the interior and exteriors colors). From start to finish, the buying experience was everything I expected from Lexus (and more !) I picked up my first Lexus on Christmas Eve morning. Julia and team: Thanks for making this a "December to Remember" ! P.L.

Lexus of Route 10 Reps are Top-Notch

I've always had a very positive relationship with the sales and service reps of this dealership. My long-time sales rep, Michael Lioi, is outstanding. He regularly provides me with pertinent information on new offers and offers sound advice/support. The service department is always fully responsive to my cited issues. 5 Star Experience

To whom it may concern; I would like to report my experience of trading and purchasing a Lexus at Route 10 I received a phone call for an invitation to a "new car event" by Jason Sokolowski. He was so nice on the phone, without being pushy, that I said I would think about it. Well I ended up going and was impressed by the calibre of the event. It was well organized: the DJ, the delicious food and drinks, the girl who presented the cars, the umbrella gift - who would have thought that a car dealership would have such a classy event! Thank you. I reserved an NX in exchange of my RX. The car came in before my lease was due so I gave the RX back. Jason took care of every imaginable detail and more. As a joke, he gave me a little stepping stool because I had mentioned that some cars were too tall to get into with a dress on! Marc Berger, your very professional "techie" took his time to show me all the gadgets. Some were so new that even he had to figure things out - which he did. Very polite and well educated. Wayne Liebeskind, the "closer" who drew up the papers was super efficient. He made it a painless experience. After a long day at work, 8pm, Jason was still smiling and efficient and had a surprise for me. I was given a snowglobe of a Lexus with a bow on top! By the way, my car also had an enormous red bow on top which was such a cute detail. All in all, I would highly recommend Lexus of Route 10 and truly commend Mr. Maoli on the major improvements, the quality of his staff and the calibre of his establishment. Sincerely, H.N. Highly disappointed

I've chosen to go to Lexus of Route 10 (since they are big dealership in the Northern NJ area) for professional service but was very disappointed. Carl Braunschweiger is by far the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. He did not not return any of my multiple phone calls regarding issues with my newly purchased certified IS250 regarding the windshield rock erosion. This "certified" car also had other issues such as minor grazes on the bumper which we were told would be taken care of with the purchase. Bottom line - Once the purchase was final, the "customer service" was no longer a priority as he had already made his commission.

Purchasing or leasing a certified Lexus vehicle is a fantastic option for many Lexus customers. As such, these certified vehicles may contain slight physical flaws, as they are pre-owned. Understanding your concern regarding the bumper, it was re-finished as per your request. Regarding the windshield, there was no damage present, and no chips or cracks that required repair. It simply was not brand-new, as no structural flaws are present in the glass. The vehicle was inspected, together with Carl and yourself, and test driven. I believe there was a demonstration of customer service based on our willingness to refinish the bumper at your request. Fast and Professional

This is probably what the car buying experience should be. Joe gave me a quote. We've arranged all paperwork via email and phone. I visited the dealership only once for 1 hour total. Picked up a car, signed the documents and drove off. Fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Lexus of rt 10 and Joe Yusufov.
