I purchased a 2014 GS350 through Julia Roldan and had a fantastic experience throughout the entire process. The staff were all very thorough and helpful and then also worked hard to get me through the process quickly. Great dealership and team!

Simplest Experience
My first visit to Lexus of Route 10 i was easily capable of going on a test drive. In a short period of time, I obtained all the information necessary to make the decision of wanting to lease an IS 250 or the IS 250 F Sport. Chris gave me the ultimate experience of being able to choose what would work best for my needs, along with my desired price range. He was extremely helpful with knowledge of other models incase I decided to change my mind in what I originally wanted. I have already recommended Chris to friends who are interested in there CPO's and Lexus models.

Best car dealer I ever visited
My first purchase at Star Lexus of route 10. This dealer is one of the best with excellent services. They're polite and friendly. I wasn't ready to purchase any car after the test drive. But Natalia is so patience and helpful with full of knowledge on cars. She have me change my mind and purchased my RX350 the same day. She also delivered all the things that she promised. The service here is excellent, you scheduled appointment, you drop car off and you leave with loaner (same and newer model), all in a flash! No time wasted! AND must of all I love their car wash for life service.

Rude and threatning
The worse experience i have ever in my life. Would not set a foot there ever after buying 70 g's truck only to be threat and harass. Avoid at all cost !!!!!

Not Happy
This is the second poor review I've written about this dealership, and apparently the first wasn't liked so it was removed. This dealership does more damage than repairs. I went in for a simple car wash and left with a damaged mirror that they refuse to take responsibility for. And I only went to get a car wash as I work close by.I was treated as if I was driving less than a Lexus. Actually, I went there when looking to trade in my ES for an IS, and was NEVER approached by one single salesperson, when there were few if any other customers! Lexus of Route 10 is not worthy of selling these cars!

Ms. Branch, As a dealer with an excellent reputation for customer service, I feel it necessary to personally address these concerns you have raised. Our car wash is meant for our guests who purchase and service their vehicles with our dealership. Despite you proudly proclaiming you do neither, we still honored your request to wash your vehicle, and placed your vehicle in front of other guests who were having service done and deserving of a wash and vacuum. You did not "leave with a damaged mirror". You returned 5 hours later to report this "damage". Your mirror casing was damaged so severely that each time the brake was pressed, the mirror casing struck the side of your vehicle. We find it highly unlikely that you would have traveled back to your place of business after your vehicle was washed without noticing this was occurring. Additionally, our shop foreman brought to your attention damage that appeared to be old on the underside of your mirror assembly, which you quickly dismissed as unrelated. We wash over 100 cars each day, and have yet to damage a single side view mirror. Furthermore, no mention was made to me at the time of your complaint that you were not attended to in our showroom. Lexus of Route 10 is a 2-time winner of Lexus Eastern Area's "Best of the East" competition, as well as Dealerrater.com's 2013 Dealer of the Year. While we find it unfortunate you are unsatisfied with our dealer, I am very confident our thousands of loyal customers would disagree with your assertion that we are anything less than one of the finest dealers in the entire Lexus family. Buying a pre-owned Lexus
I stopped in Lexus of Route 10 ( the closest Lexus dealership to my home) just to ask about the difference between the 2012 and 2013 models. I had no intention of purchasing my car there. From a past experience 5 years ago, I found this dealership rather pricey and inflexible around pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find out while I was there that in the last 5 years the ownership has changed. It was quite apparent as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating. My salesman, Pete Postorino, could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and a pleasure to work with. Because of his patience and lay back style, I wound up making an excellent purchase that very day. I could not be happier. Everyone at Lexus of Route 10 (financing and tech support) could not have been nicer or more helpful I would definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience. .

Worth The Trip
I drove 45 minutes to check out this dealership based on their reviews. I never DREAMED I'd be purchasing a car on Memorial Day, but then I hadn't met Julia Roldan. This young lady knows her cars! She listened to my needs, worked with me, and made it all come together so effortlessly. I love my pre-owned Lexus! I had visited other dealerships closer to my home, but the professionalism and patience from Julia Roldan, Shyl Patchell in the finance dept. and Marc Berger, the technology and delivery specialist, are all 10's in my book. They all continue to answer my questions and emails in a timely manner even a month after I purchased the car. How many other dealerships can say the same?

This was my first purchase from Lexus and I had an awesome experience. Natalia was extremely helpful and so pleasant to work with. She answered all of my questions and there was no hassle what so ever. I would definately reccomend this location and Natalia to anyone interested in a Lexus.
