Lexus of Route 10

I just purchased my first Lexus SUV from Lexus of Rt 10. I worked with Duke Snyder and Duane for many months as we looked for the right vehicle for me. There was no pressure during the process and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. While the car was in transit Duke kept me informed on the delivery. When the car arrived he walked me thru the final steps in the process to make the pickup a very smooth event. He introduced me to Mike who went over the vehicle pointing out all the important safety features and technology on the vehicle. Wrapping up the final paperwork was also a breeze and I was not pressured to purchase any warranties unless I wanted them or saw the value. I would highly recommend Duke and the team at Lexus of Rt 10 if you want a pleasurable automobile buying experience. Tops in customer service.

I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus Rx350 from this dealership. Duke Snyder handled the sale. The process was smooth, efficient, and everything was handled professionally. His communication was concise and up to the point. I would definately recommend this dealership.

Great experience working with Angela Malanga as I bought this car sight unseen from 1800 miles away. She was very honest and forthright about the condition of the car since I wasn't able to view it in person, and once received the car was in basically new condition even though it was 3 years old. Follow through on the purchase was easy and she always remained in contact with me during the buying and shipping process, even overseeing the loading of the car onto the truck. Will talk with her again when looking for my next Lexus.

This is the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Our salesman, Duke Snyder, provided fantastic guidance and friendly responses to our questions. He made car-buying a pleasure. Duke is knowledgeable and listened attentively to what we were looking for in a new auto. Our Lexus 450h proved to be the perfect match for us! On the day we picked up our new Lexus, RJ sat in our car with us for an hour explaining the new technology that was foreign to us. He had great patience with us! RJ also told us to call him with any questions that arise after driving our vehicle home.
