Paul Wong is the BEST! This location was a little out of my way, but Paul was highly recommended by friends, so I decided give him a visit. Paul, along with the entire staff, was welcoming , accommodating, and honest. He was also quick to follow up on emails - even on his days off work. When I didn't have time to update info for my car insurance, he went out of his way to handle all of that for me. 5 STARS!!!

Richard was great. Knew the car well and did not try and press me. No pressure was applied like normal. He knew my price and made it happen. Jamie in the finance dept was great to. They both know their stuff. I would go back again and recommend them again in a second. The manager Anthony was great as well. He made the deal happen when we were close in the end on pricing. Very professional - all around good experience.

Overall everything went great Robert and Lora were very helpful and patient while we were trying to gather up all the information they needed even staying past closing hours. They made the purchase of my ILX wonderful and smooth will def recommend anyone to this dealer.

Rob and Nitin was awesome so helpful. Rob went over everything with me about the car twice to make sure I knew everything about the car before leaving. He also called me 2 days later to make sure everything was ok and if I had any questions.
