I have bought 3 cars from Walter. He is by far the best sales rep that I have ever bought a car from. I trust him and will buy my 4th car from him in 2019. There are no hidden fees, all numbers are transparent. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.

We just leased an MDX this past Saturday. The day went well with all the employees we dealt with being of great help to us. Our sales advisor (Lovena) spent so much time with us until we knew everything we had to about the vehicle and all its different functions.

I bought a used car December 16, 2018. I had a great experience. I was well prepared but did not have to spend hours negotiating. The entire staff was helpful.

I just leased my 3rd Acura with DCH Montclair Acura and for good reason. From start to finish, it was a stress free experience. Working with Walter was an absolute pleasure. He kept in touch for about 6 months in a friendly and professional manor, keeping me up to date with the car I was waiting for. I never once felt harassed as I have at other dealerships. When I walked into the dealership I was blown away by the updates they had undergone; it looks absolutely stunning. Everyone was super friendly, the showroom looks great, there was a cafe with complimentary drinks, and a lounge with WiFi, TV, & charging station which was super convenient. Although I was there to discuss numbers on the car I was interested in, Walter knew my budget and recommended several other cars and ran numbers for me to compare. He is extremely knowledgeable and reviewed the differences between all of them to be sure I chose the car that I was most comfortable with. Once I made my choice he reviewed all of the documents with me before signing, called my insurance for me, explained all of the features of the car for me, and showed me how to use them before I left. Walter is great at what he does and I am so thankful for his professionalism and help; the whole transaction was smooth and stress free. Although my interaction with Jaime was brief, he was also very helpful and answered any questions I had. I spoke to Ann Morongell quite a few times in the past few months as well, and she was very informative when Walter was not available and I had any questions. I would highly recommend this no-nonsense, knowledgeable, friendly team if you are planning on getting an Acura.

We enjoyed chatting and dealing with Robert. He showed the car, having understood our preferences, delicately explained all the details and benefits of buying this particular car and the process of registration of the transaction was not painful

DCH is the best Acura dealer in Nj! Colleen and Richard were very easy to work with and their new showroom is amazing. It felt like I was at my favorite coffee shop with friends - did not feel like the traditional car buying process!

Second, you can discuss the price straightforward without any games or back and forth talk. You end up with a very good deal. Third, the salesman will help you setting up everything and teach you about the car technology when you first ride the car. Amazing service.

I was over an hour early for my appointment, but someone was there to take care of me until my salesperson came in to finish up with me.
