Easy to schedule an appointment to see the new vehicles. Met with Lovena Sangiovanni. We took the RDX for a test drive. She explained all of the features. Then we took the TLX for a test drive. Lorena took time with us while we made the decision to go with the RDX. We bought the car and then she spent a lot of time going over the features in the car until we understood how to use them.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. I saw it on Kelly Blue Book and expressed an interest. Within minutes of my email I received a phone call and made an appointment for the next day with a salesman. Robert (our salesman) had the car all ready for us to test drive when we got there. We decided to buy the car after we drove it. Robert made us feel very comfortable. He went over all the information about the vehicle and all the options available to us regarding the purchase. We picked up the car two days later and again, the car was ready and waiting.
