I came to this dealership after a terrible experience at Springfield Acura. Bonnie and Sales Manager Mark took care of me, and the process of getting my new RDX was great. I did have a bit of an issue with the bluetooth but the dealership solved that problem at the service center and everything is up and running. The accountability and customer service at this dealership is top tier. I found my new dealership now at DCH Montclair Acura, and will continue my business with Bonnie and the rest of the team.
