Walter was easy to work with and honestly the most

Walter was easy to work with and honestly the most thorough salesperson I have ever worked with. I’ve never had anyone explain all of the car’s functions with me and this was appreciated since I got the tech package. There’s a lot to know and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I purchased a used 2019 tlx 5-2-22, and needed service on

I purchased a used 2019 tlx 5-2-22, and needed service on 5-3-22. In and out of service for the past 6+mon. Engine light on for more than 4 months. From needing break fluid to needing 2 catalytic converters. I made my 1st and 2nd payments on my loan, while my car was in service. AC didn't work for the whole extremely hot summer. Many wouldn't believe just how much I went through. All the while I'm being told it takes time to get out of contract. Six months later I was told that if I wanted out of my contract my down payment would not be refunded and I would walk away with nothing, or may even a balance on loan to be paid by me. Feeling frustrated and defeated I allowed them to do what little they can and finally stopped fighting. I HAD A HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE FOR 6+MONTHS!!!. P.S.The "response" from DCH is a JOKE. DCH is cool with making you feel like a FOOL for dealing with them.I've called 1-2 times a day everyday since DCH'S "response", not even one call back.. Steve Hodossy must be a computer generated mythical entity. DCH continues to be the most regrettable purchase I've EVER made. Thank you DCH AND NOW STEVE HODOSSY FOR THE CONTINUED DISRESPECT!!! This is the second vehicle I’ve brought home from DCH Acura, and I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service from start to finish. From sales with Walter, management with Nitin, and finance with Vipin - nothing short of quality service! They met all my needs and got me in & out in my new vehicle so quick! Had a relatively pleasant sales purchase however

Had a relatively pleasant sales purchase however everything thereafter from this dealership is a 0! Couldn’t reach my sales, calls went answered and despite kindness was hung up on to avoid answering questions. That was sales. Service wow! Another nightmare! No one calls, updated, multiple calls just for very basic information, have you seen or evaluated the repairs on a brand new vehicle with major technical issues and when it maybe ready 1 day 25 days whatever! But no one ever calls back or responds to messages other then Maureen, who takes the information and says expect a call back. Guess what never does. Avoid this dealership at all levels!
