DCH Montclair Acura

Purchased a preowned MB C 300 with an advertised 35 point inspection that failed to disclose the dangerous condition of a broken rear undercarriage chassis. Car is lawfully unsafe to operate on the public highway and it appears they knew this but made the cash sale anyway. Have not heard back to resolve this matter.
