purchase of use acura

Keith was very honest and upfront with pricing and issues with the used vehicle. Most of the issues with the vehicle were repaired prior to picking up the vehicle. Some minor issues still need to be addressed. Overall satisfaction was excellent

Amazing experience!!!

I must say my experience at DCH Montclair Acura was amazing. I felt like I had a team working for me to get me into a 2017 Acura. And with Walter Goldman as the coach I couldn't lose. In the end I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. Thanks to the DCH Montclair Acura team.

Great experience wih great cars and employees

It was extremely great experience ! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and honest. Everyone was very helpful. I worked with Barry Katz to buy my car and he really help me to choose the right vehicle. I got a great price. I bought an Acura 2014 ILX. I also want to thank Hamad for really going to bat on the financial end and being a great business manager at the Acura in Monclair.

How to purchase a new Acura in 25 words or less

Simple...go to DCH. Bought a 2017 RDX and for the first time left a dealership smilng after spending money. Robert and Hamad were absolutely the best. They were efficient, had all of the suggestions and answers while making the process fun. Great guys. I will return there for my next Acura. P.S. I do not live in NJ. It was worth going the extra distance from NY. Fred Lehrer

A+ customer service

A+ customer service We bought a minivan Kirsy was very professional answered every question we had and very helpful knowledgeable of her products and services. Highly recommend it. For any future vehicle purchases I will only go to that place and her in particular . Mr.Matari was very professional also in his service I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff were great!

My wife and I both agree that this was our best experience in buying a new car. I made an appointment by phone and when we arrived our salesman Harry Jones had everything ready for us. The exact car I was looking for was ready for a test drive. Mr. Jones fully explained the different packages and made our decision very easy. I would also like to thank Jaime in finance for a job well done. I am a customer for life.

It was very easy!

We went through the entire transaction of exchanging our almost paid for Lexus to a new leased Acura MDX, I thought it would be a very complicated deal but we were done and out of the dealership with our new car in less than 4 hours - and this includes test driving and picking our new vehicle.
