Bought my first car at DCH Acura

Dch Acura was very helpful with the process of me buying my first vehicle. They were very eager to sell and as a result I left the lot with a 2014 Tl tech!

Great dealership

I have been going to Montclair Acura for many years because the people there are very friendly and they always trying to help and give you a better deal, and after you get your car there, the service is excellent,

Purchasing Experience

I haven't shopped for a new vehicle for approximately 17 years and of course, I did some research on my own beforehand. It is always good to know someone in the business who recommended DCH Montclair Acura and put me in contact with a salesperson. Customer service and professionalism were what I noticed the most. Reached a reasonable price and was a few incentives to close the deal. Processing the purchase, insurance, and down to the license plates were seamless. The dealership treated each person as being an important customer at the onset of the arrival greeting to the end of purchase process and delivery. Everyone is entitled to make something from the deal and I believe I got what I believed was reasonable and the dealership got what they needed to make the sale. Now, the next step, I expect the same from the service department as far as customer service, honesty, and competitive pricing.

My excellent leasing experience

Working with Harry Jones was wonderful. Harry is knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions and concerns each time I contacted him. He represents the very best of the Acura culture! Ahmad was very helpful in financing my lease and explaining the accounting.

Updating my previous rating based on Dealership response

I NEVER expected that DCH Montclair Acura would call me back and fix the problem. I believe it matters with whom you work with, I wish I worked with Ruben in the first place. He understood what happened and reiterated that's not how they treat their customers and agreed to send me what was promised initially. He treated me with dignity and it took just couple of minutes phone conversation and he resolved the issue. It's because of him I am changing my opinion and updating the review to excellent and recommending this dealership. If you have any problem like I had, please reach out to top management and I am sure they will help. I wish I could reach out to Ruben earlier. Below Review submitted on 05/02/17 Before I signed my paperwork they will promise you to take good care of you but that a lie. They will start ignoring you as soon as you sign the paperwork. I purchased MDX 2017 and I specifically requested running boards, all season floor mats and trunk tray. After delivery I noticed trunk tray was missing, I called Paul and he said its not included. Later I noticed 3rd low floor mat is missing and Paul came back it's separate item and stopped taking my calls. Initial contract says all season floor mats but according to Paul and his manager its separate item, common give me a break.

Incredible is an understatement

You truly feel like family from the second you walk in. Professionals throughout the dealership greet you with such a warm hello. Kirsy and Hamad were nothing short of perfection. They were extremely helpful, professional, insightful, and most importantly patient and understanding. I went in there hoping for the best with a shot in the dark and left with a beautiful car and a great team who will help me with whatever I need, whenever I need it. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area who's looking to buy.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!

All Acura dealers are good, but this shop raises the bar. Probably the friendliest, happiest dealership I've ever experienced. I recommend this dealer for a relaxed shopping trip If you are really want an Acura, ask for Harry Jones. Knowledge of the product, fair, and thorough, Harry was a pleasure to deal with. Harry will get it done.

Fantastic Car Buying Experience

I had a wonderful experience with Robert and the rest of the staff at Montclair Acura. I had visited my local dealer and was very dissatisfied with the service but loved the car. I am so happy I decided to visit another dealer because my experience was totally different. It is evident that Robert is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Acura line of cars. Jamie also did a wonderful job at helping me through the financing. It truly was a pleasure dealing with these folks!

Second car from DCH

This is my second lease with Tony and it was even smoother then the first lease. He had all my information pre loaded so when I got to the dealership I just had to sign a few documents.
