Great experience start to finish
everyone was so accommodating and friendly. I never felt like pressured or pushed to do anything. the sales people let me take my time to look around until I was ready. Harry was super throughout the whole experience and Joe made sure I made it from point A to B and introduced me to everyone. Hamad was great to deal with made sure I understood everything before I signed anything. I will definitely be back.

Great experience with Lora!
I recently came in to trade my rdx for an mdx as my family is growing! Lora made the experience quick and easy. She was a pleasure to talk to and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going to Lora for all of my Acura needs from now on!

I never felt this good at a dealership
Better late than never. I leased my Acura MDX a few months back and been meaning to write this review! My experience couldn't have been any better! Once I walked in the doors I was greated by this wonder women Annabel who had took the time to show me every vehicle making sure this was the correct vehicle for me! It kinda of felt like the 3 little bears story! I know I'm an aggressive shopper and can knick pick things but she has guided me on my purchase! I know I haggle a lot but what real shopper doesn't! She showed me all the features that it had vs what other makes/models don't have to help make my decision! I was going to purchase a jeep which I was dealt with a nasty salesman, he showed no emotion or character but UUFFFGH WHAT A RELIEF, I found someone who made purchasing a car better. Only thing slacking is More salespeople like Annabel! The finance guy was terrific as well, he didn't hurt me on the interest rates! The managers were making sure all their employees were top notch and ready to go! Great job team ACURA! Ps. I go through more ex wives than cars. Seems to me I'll be coming back here once my lease is up!! Thanks for putting up with me! See you in 2yrs

Loving my new ride!
I stopped in Saturday, only in attempt to get out of my lease as I knew I wasn't due for another 3 months or so. I've been driving the Acura MDX for a few years now and I couldn't love a car more than I do this one. My sales person, Annabel offered me a test drive on the new 2017 but I didn't need to be sold on the car, I know I love it! I wanted to see if there was anything possible for her to do and she presented me with a couple of scenerios. I knew I was leaving with the new Acura that day and that's exactly what she did for me. I couldn't be happier to be cruising in my new MDX this summer and all the road trips to my kids colleges that I will be taking will be a lot smoother! Thank you DCH Montclair Acura.

New Car Sales
I did not anticipate enjoying the purchasing process, and have to say I even dreaded it. Our sales person (Tony Karatzia) and the business mgr. (Hamad Matari) who were both professional, very polite and very attentive to our needs. It was all quick and painless — the dealership made the process very easy and my daughter is very satisfied. Low Key and Great Experience
We have just leased our 11 Acura (2017 RDX Tech, AWD) and this out our ninth from DCH Montclair Acura and Walter Goldman. Walter and the dealership make car shopping a pleasure, rather than a stressful experience. He knows exactly what we want in our cars and he gets us the best deals. He also knows that we want the process to be quick, paperwork prepared, financing in place, at the price agreed to, when we come in. On the other hand Walter is very thorough in going through any new features and will pre-set options based on his experience with us and will spend as much time as we need during delivery, adding Bluetooth connections for phones etc. I highly recommend Walter and DCH Montclair Acura!

Acura Used Car Buying
This car buying experience wasn't as bad as I though it could be. I wasn't nervous or anxious to go and see the car and speak with a salesman. Very easy to talk to Keith (my salesman) and received good information from him.
