Awesome!!

Kirsy was very knowledgeable and professional. Over all I had a great expirience working with her and DCH Montclair Acura. If you're looking for an easy and quick expirience on purschasing a vehicle, Montclair Acura is the place! Kirsy is awesome!!! Love my new car!!!

Excellent

Walter was excellent to work with regarding pricing, negotiation, choosing of the vehicle and getting me out the door as quickly as possible. His professionalism is not to be understated. I have been a DCH Acura customer for many years and I hope for that to continue for many years to come.

Good Experience

Our last 2 car buying experiences were "less than pleasant", DCH Montclair Acura was the opposite of those experiences. I worked with Batty Katz on a used car purchase. Barry was knowledgable and friendly to work with the entire time. I had Jamie Borja for my finance manager he was also great to work with, gave me a good rate out of the box, no ridiculous offers like other places(have great credit). While I did go for the exteneded warranty, there was no hard sell, he explained everything I asked and we got the deal done. Although the dealership is almost an hour from home, we'll be viviting there next ime we need a car.

Excellent Dealership

After visiting and haggling with several dealerships, it was great to cut right to it and be able to work out a fair deal in no time. On top of the pleasant negotiations, everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. I will absolutely recommend them in the future.

Total Customer Happiness

xxx, apparently they all believe in it! From the first phone call with Ann who valued our time. Then Keith who was honest, friendly and straight forward with us and did the legwork for the deal. Joe who made sure we closed the deal and that it was entertaining! Robert who simply visited with us on a personal level and made us feel at home. The young guy who was back and forth doing his thing - filling the tank with gas etc. And then Hiram with his part with CYA and payments-keeping it light! We drove 3 hours and 26 minutes to Montclair Acura but it was well worth it! The best car buying experience we have ever had! Many of them stayed after closing time on a Saturday evening. Hiram and Keith maybe an hour! Thanks to each of you! Especially Keith!

Great dealership and very helpful

Great customer service and manners. I recommend Keith mickens for a sale Rep. He was honest, faair and straight to the point. Highly recommended and a great personality.

A great buying experience with Tony Karatzia

Tony made our experience very pleasant. He was easy to talk to, understood our needs ,worked with us. He took his time and explained the packages to us. We have been to this dealership before and we were not pleased with the sales experience and we did not purchase a vehicle.This time, with Tony,was the best experience we had coming into this dealership, henceforth we bought a new 20017 RDX. Thank you Tony for the great experience

MR. MICKENS IS THE BEST!!!

Mr. Mickens have great custmer service! Professionalism at it's best! I told him exactly what I wanted. He went to the back. 3mins later he drove up in this nice GCM Acadia truck. I fell in love at first site. Best salesperson ever!
