Wow amazing

Great time they asked what I wanted and matched it to a tee friendly human staff best experience ever no pressure no pushing product in our face I walked away with two cars because of it. Clean classy professionals

2017 MDX Purchase

I recently purchased 2017 MDX, and my entire experience from first call to closing was noting but professional, courteous, transparent and friendly service. The whole team Colleen, Walter and Hamad made the whole experience seamless. I recommend this dealership without any reservation. Walter is just amazing - each time, I have called him for a question, he is very responsive!!

DCH Acura of Montclair

I walked into look around and was greeted by a friendly sales rep Walter. I was invited to test drive any vehicle of my choice and given all info, but didn't feel pressured at all. I felt well taken care of and needles to say I chose the RDX as it drove smooth and felt safe.

Wonderful!

My lease was up and this is my second time working with Walter Goldman. He is very easy to talk to, understanding and makes everything go very smoothly. I love leasing from Acura. Walter and everyone there are very professional and never pressure you into a purchase. I highly recommend Walter if you are looking for a new car.

Outstanding sales experience

This team struck the perfect balance of making sure I knew what was available and the options without being overly salesy. And they made it feel like negotiating was a straightforward process where we all get a fair deal. And this is coming from someone that has no problem complaining. Hats off to Barry and team for making it easy. I've no doubt I got the right car and dealership.

Good delaership

Traded my Acura TL in for a Lexus GS350. Car was in great shape, got a fair trade for my TL and the dealership handled any issues that have come up. Would buy there again.

Clean, friendly, knowledgable. Oh and humorous

This was the third time that we purchased a vehicle from DCH. It is always a terrific experience. They really take the "ugh" out of buying a car. We will will be back...

Very professional, efficient and accommodating.

When I entered the showroom one Thursday night this past November, I was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist, who after determining the purpose of my visit- to look at the new vehicles being offered by Acura, directed me to a salesperson, Lora Moore. Laura is very knowledgeable and she explained the features of the vehicle I was interested in, and what options were available. We then discussed the price for the vehicle I wanted to lease, the RDX, and the equipment I wanted. The deal was concluded the same evening. A misunderstanding developed about one of the features I expected to be getting and with the help of the Sales Manager, Robert Westervelt, this misunderstanding was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I could not help but feel that everyone I had any contact with at the dealership was interested in my satisfaction with my buying experience. But the way Lora and Bob extended themselves was something very special. The DCH Montclair Acura dealership should be very pleased with the way their people treat its customers- but especially Lora and Bob. LC

RE: Harry Jones

Mr. Jones has exceptional customer service skills. He had made everything extremely smooth and precise. I believe that this has been my best experience at a dealer so far. I cannot emphasize enough on how professional and personal he was. Mr. Harry Jones was definitely superb, he made me feel so welcomed and comforted my wife and I. Usually, car dealers tend to over-bear you with all this information... but, Mr Jones was just to the point, he broke the information down just impeccably. He made the transaction extremely smooth and just great overall. He is a genuine, concerned team member. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family. Mr. Jones had exceptional customer service skills and I will remember my amazing experience.

Acura MDX

Overall it was a great experience. Yes there was a bit of miscommunication and some disappointment with that. It does not mean it was a mistake by someone and can happen anywhere. But what I liked more is how the situation was handled and made sure that the customer still leaves with satisfaction.
