Only place that doesn't play games

I went to a few different dealerships and came to conclusion that DCH is the only place that doesn't play games. Tony was very straight forward with me and didn't add all those extra fees. I then finished up with Jaime in finance who got me a great rate from the bank.

Great price

Just purchased a new Mdx from dch Montclair. Easy process and very knowledgeable staff. Got a great price too!!! I would definely recommend this dealership to my friends.

overall great buying experience

Started the process with contacting Costco auto program which led to a call from Robert Colon who took the time to go over the program and set up a time for a test drive. We arrived on President's Day and met Abdullah Rahmoun and we sat down to have a talk. We wanted to look at the RDX and took one out for a ride. No push as we had experienced as with past purchases elsewhere and we were happy for that. We agreed to specifics and after a long wait, lots of customers that day, met with Hamad Matari. He was a pleasure to work with as well. We can honestly say that both Abdullah & Hamad went out of their way to help and came up with a few things to save us some money on the purchase. Shall recommend to others .

My daughter and I are happy

Thank you Annabel for making my vehicle purchase for my daughter so simple, from the moment we walked in you greeted us with a smile, the test drive was great and full of information. My daughter loved how smooth the ILX drove. Jaime was very nice too and the experience was quick and easy. My daughter will have a great time driving back and forth from school and I will worry less thanks to you and the Acura's safety focus.

Best car buying experience ever

I was lucky enough to go to DCH Acura through Costco Auto Buying Program. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Paul Wong was the salesman I dealt with. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been car shopping for several weeks and the minute I ended up at Acura the experience was amazing. Paul did not rush or try to get me to buy quickly. He discussed options and helped me decide what my best options were. The staff is courteous and easy to work with. The finance department, Hamad Matari, was thorough and took his time going through the plan. He even shared information on teenage drivers. The whole experience was wonderful. I will never go to another dealer again!

Very helpful and friendly

Everyone was an amazing help. I came in looking for a Honda CRV and walked out the same day with the first one we looked at. They were incredibly helpful through the entire process and was very nice and accomodating. (Always asking if we want anything to drink, making sure we were comfortable, etc.) Couldn't have asked for better salesmen. 10/10.

The best sales experience ever.

No bait and switch or tricky gimmicks! Our salesman was TRULY honest, respectable and efficient. He have us the maximum for our money and financial situation which defines the ultimate experience. We are super impressed and you have our recommendations for sure.

Professional

With a background of 45 years in sales and continuing education in negotiation, we did not walk into the DCH establishment unarmed. Since we had a background in both USAA and Costco my wife and I started with Alyssa Hrubash who started our transaction via the internet, she got us exactly what we wanted and then turned us over to Lora Moore who had all the Costco information, the test drive vehicle, and answered the myriad of questions that we had. Usually my wife steps away from the table during the negotiating, but in this instance we all got together and put this deal together in an atmosphere that could only be described as "comfortable". Even Jaime Borja showed his professionalism as he helped to conclude our experience. Note to DCH: hang on to these employees, they bring happiness and money to your Corporation.
