I love my new Acura TLX! Great leasing experience started with Ann Morongell and closed with Harry Jones. Harry was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. No haggling over the price like at some dealerships. Harry even picked me up from the dealership where I dropped off my previously leased vehicle which was very nice and convenient for me! The actual paperwork process went quickly and Harry then spent a great deal of time in the vehicle with me going over all of its many features. Harry even programmed in his cell phone number in case I had any questions, but he still called me the following day to check in and see how I was doing with the vehicle. I have already recommended Harry and DCH Acura to family and friends!

It all starts at the top with the General Manager Tim Hlavenka, who is very professional, responsive and simply a pleasure to deal whether you are negotiating pricing or just having a conversation while the paperwork is being seamlessly prepared for you. The pricing was the best among several large dealerships in New Jersey. The facility itself is squeaky clean with a comfortable waiting area, multiple charging stations, a versatile coffee machine, snacks and a variety of water and soda choices. I was there on a very busy day with many families with little kids shopping for a car. And yet, there was a sense of calm and professionalism with everyone from the sales personnel to finance people to the admin staff and management just doing their jobs while accommodating their customer needs. The salesperson, Walter Goldman, is very experienced, calm sales person who knows the cars and the process really well. He made the whole experience very easy. I test drove 2 cars and he patiently answered all of my questions. Not once did I feel any pressure or being rushed into signing something, which was often the case at other car dealerships I worked with in the past. Walter also prepared the paperwork, helped me with the insurance, took off the license plates from my trade-in and spent a solid amount of time explaining in detail the various functions and options my TLX has, which I found very helpful. Luis Mendez, a Business Manager, was great as well. He took time to explain what every document was about before I signed it and gave me plenty of time to review everything. He suggested various service plans but did not pressure me at all to choose one on the spot, which is again a breath of fresh air when compared to many other dealerships. Thank you Tim, Walter and Luis for making the process of getting a new car what it is really supposed to be - an exciting and a very pleasant experience!

Popped in Montclair Acura for a test drive of a 2013 ILX, on my way to work. Harry had the car ready in minutes. SO impressed with the Acura cars! Knew after the drive the car was for me. Harry had all the paper work filled out at the visit so that checkout process would be expedited. 3 days later my car was prepped and ready to take home. Hamad gave me the best options for warranties and set up the financing package. The best part of the overall experience was the professionalism they showed. I will definitely consider Montclair Acura for a future vehicle.
