Ripped Off
Proceeded to buy a used car from them. First thing the salesman told me was it came with a 3 year "certified warranty". I signed the papers, and drove away with my car. Upon receiving my first payment, I discovered they actually added $2000 to my loan. When I asked what it was for I was told it was for the warranty. the salesman lied, they all lied. They run the scam, and hope people won't come back and complain. they removed the warranty and I was stuck with the car, and no warranty at all. I would buy a horse before I would ever do business with these thieves again.

As you know, Patty McNamara is the perfect service representative. I've been dealing with her for more years than either of us want to admit to. She is the reason I continue to bring my 2007 Edge for service and the reason we leased our 2017 Escape. She knows her business and her customers and treats them like good friends, not customers.
