Great experience

Youssef and Solomon helped me a ton even tho I was just creating a first opinion and wasn't going to buy a car right away, they helped me until I was done forming an opinion and had my eyes set on a couple of great cars. The service was excellent and I had a pleasant experience to say the least

Awesome inventory, friendly customer service!

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle and Route 23 was the ONLY location in my area that had the vehicle we wanted with all the specs. The financing process was smooth (first time financing a vehicle). Fernando Pena, our designated salesperson, took his time to explain all of our options and gracefully answered, in detail, ALL of our questions. Nobody at this dealership was pushy trying to sell their vehicles. We felt comfortable, not pressure and more importantly, we were informed! And, their prices....the best part. Fernando got us a sweet unexpected discount at the very last moment. What else could I have hoped for??

Excellent leasing experience

My last few leases were a nightmare. I was dreading having to go get a new car. But Soloman and his team were great. In and out and all the numbers were right the first time, no games. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience

Great experience!

I have nothing but compliments for the professionalism and courtesy my husband and I received at Rt. 23 AutoMall. Our salesman, Jeff Rothstein, worked exceptionally hard to fulfill our wish list of items we wanted in our new truck. He made the entire experience a pleasant one. We were also very impressed with everyone from the finance manager, to the service department, and the management team. They all showed that they cared about their customers. We look forward to going back to see our “friends” whenever we return for service.

The price on line is not real they try to add 2 additional fees and no price on the sticker they should be reported what a joke.

The best dealership ive been too

Went to purchase a car for my daughter abd it was the best service ive ever seen. Between our salesman Fernando and the salesmanager Richie and also the general manager Solomon, they made our experience amazing. They are very patient , professional and excelente people to deal with. A+++

Good place to buy a ford i recommend this dealer i wish they still had nissan they had more opitions also more used nissan too.

Happily motoring

This was the eighth vehicle purchase made by us, or another family member, at our urging. Every time we visit Route 23 Auto Mall, we are greeted in a very warm and friendly manner. We are then free to peruse the showroom, always a salesman, unobtrusively near by, happy to answer questions and point out options. We never have any qualms recommending their fine sales team to friends and family!
