Absolutely horrible experience
So disappointed when I went to look at a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport (CPO). The stench of cigars in the vehicle was overwhelming. The salesman offered to run it through an oxidation machine "again" (so clearly that was tried once before and did NOT work). There were hidden fees and costs as well. Lucky for me and not for them, I purchased the same vehicle with less miles and for less money in NY. Horrible experience overall.

I remember my experience here with Noelle Khalil. I went back here recently to purchase another vehicle from her and she wasn’t there. It’s a shame she isn’t there bc she left an everlasting experience with my family and i. Her knwloedge and charming confidence made us really cherish how rare salespeople who make you feel special are. I wish I could buy another car from her, I’m sure wherever she is, she is successful. Three Strikes, You're Out
This is possibly the worst dealership I have ever been to. My husband and I went there three times when our car leases were ending and we were shopping around. The first time there, we asked about a Fiesta hatchback. The salesperson said it didn't come in a hatchback. ??? I had just looked at a Consumer Reports, and KNEW that it came in a hatchback. The guy denied it, and tried to sell me a used Nissan! We left. A few years later, we went there after seeing an ad for the Fusion. The salesperson said, "That ad is bull****. ALL car ads are bull****!" Again, we left. Fast forward about 7 years later. We give them one more try. The salesman comes out with no smile, no handshake, no introduction, and wearing a baseball cap. Dressed sloppy. We ask to see the base model Escape, which the Ford website says starts at a little over $24K. He shows us one for over $28K. We say, "Doesn't the base model start at $24K?" He says "NO." Period. We ask, "What features does this come with?" He says, "Air conditioning. Power door locks." Period. Huh?? He didn't even try to speak about the car, or ask us what we were looking for. So for the third and final time, we walked out. Three strikes, you're out. We will never go there again. Unprofessional, and they don't even know their own vehicles.

A REAL easy transaction!
I found the car I wanted online, and when I walked in I was greeted immediately by Mr. Solomon Faizi. The discussion was easy, NO pressure and NO gimmicks. Mr. Faizi was completely professional, trustworthy, and honest. Within a few minutes I knew that I was being treated honestly. Everything in the transaction was quite easy. Every employee I met and spoke with was polite and congenial, but I do not know their names. Needless to say, I decided right away to buy the car! Thank you, Mr. Faizi!

Will never recommend
I had a nice convo with a saleswoman on Tuesday and said i would be in on Wednesday to look for a vehicle. She said she would not be there Wednesday and i shpuld ask for Jason. I arrived Wednesday at 6 pm. When i walked in two men at the counter looked at me like i had two heads and with smirks on their faces asked if i wanted something. I asked for Jason, they said “go sit over there”. After waiting over 20 minutes without a word from anybody (another customer came in after me and was offered water or a soft drink) i left. Went up the road to Nissan and bought a new Rouge. I was greeted there with a smile and helped right away. The rudeness and unwelcomed feeling i got from Rt 23 Automall was both unprofessional and insulting.

Best car purchase experience ever
Route 23 Auto Mall rocks! The sales team are very attentive, good listeners, explained everything about the vehicle and gave us the deal we wanted. Great variety for all price ranges
We went into this car dealership with a fixed budget to spend on a specific vehicle type and we were pleasantly surprised to see multiple vehicles in our price range. Our salesman Zakaria was very accommodating when we wanted to see and drive all of the cars we were interested in. When the paperwork was being finalized we were treated to lunch. We left the lot with the car of our dreams!
