I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle at Route 23 Auto Mall. First, I met Solomon, who was extremely helpful, and then I worked with Will, who was outstanding. Will made the car-buying process seamless. He was highly responsive to all my questions leading up to the pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go, making the process quick and easy—unlike my experiences at other dealerships. After the purchase, Will even took the time to sit in the car with me, helping me set up CarPlay and go through all the digital features. I highly recommend Will and the team at Route 23 Auto Mall for your next car purchase!

I called on a sat spoke with someone In service dep

I called on a sat spoke with someone In service dep explained issue. Set up Appt I proceeded to ask cost of diagnostics. I was told $150. Ok when took car and spoke with Vinnie ( who doesn’t smile much). I said I was told the diagnosis would be $250. I explained I spoke with some and gave him his name. He proceeded to on his computer. I wasn’t very pleased hearing and I wasn’t excepting anything but $150. He said ok he would honor this. My perssonal option there were two women so let charge because what did they know. Believe if it haded bern honored the ceo of Ford would have been contacted. After saying this. The issue was fixed and had no leaks so good job. The total bill was$155and change.
