Recently purchased a new truck. Excellent experience all around. Will was friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. No pressure and easy going. The entire process was less than 4 hours. Would refer family and friends to the dealership.

No way

Stay away!! I was looking to purchase a used car in July and they had an advertised price that was attractive. I went to the dealer and asked them if the price was Negotiable and told no. Then I asked what other charges were going to be added and I was told the dealer prep fee of $900. I told them I was not going to pay that and wanted to know what was included In that fee and he said they charge this fee to all used cars. He printed out a sheet showing me the what they put in to prep the car and it was $1700. Okay for me it was a good deal but what about a car that only needed $100 to prep. He said they would pay the $900. I asked why and he said it is average for everyone regardless how much it really cost to prep. So someone is potentially just giving the dealer pure profit if the amount to prep is less than $900. The dealer acted like it was no big deal for someone to pay a lot of money for something they did not get. I walked out not happy but told them I may back and they said sure and they had no hard feelings. I went home and discussed it with My wife and decided to buy the car anyway because in the end it was still cheaper even with the dealer prep fee than what other dealers were charging for this same car. So I decided to bite the bullet on the prep fee and called back 30 minutes later and was treated like absolute xxxx on the phone by the used car salesperson and told the car was Sold. Really? Car was on the lot for 2 months and It sold in the 30 minutes since I left? Ok oh well. But guess what? I checked their website after the call and the price was $2000 more. At the end of that day it was no longer on their website BUT a few weeks later that same car was listed again. So they lied to me that the car was sold. Totally rude, unprofessional, dishonest and flat out liars. Don't trust them. PS I bought a car on Driveway.com that was the same price had 30,000 LESS miles and did NOT have to pay Any bogus pure profit dealer prep fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not once, not twice, but three times. The way we are treated at RT23 Automall is unbelievable. Lenny, yet again, came through for us but this time within a different time due to Covid. They were willing to cater to us anyway possible that made us feel comfortable, whether it was making all transactions outside or inside. Nevertheless, service and attention was great. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I have to admit I was a Wayne Ford customer for 20 years and I was never treated by a salesman as wonderfully as I was by Solomon and Anthony. Solomon and Anthony made me feel like they truly wanted my business and fought hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at an unbeatable price. All details were worked out via email, text or by phone and I only had to spend about 10 minutes inside to sign papers. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Ford to give their business to this dealership because they won’t be disappointed, only blown away by the service they receive. I will definitely be giving my business to this dealership for as long as I am living in the area. Thanks again guys for such a great experience!

Holding my tongue with this review. This place is absolute xxxxxxxx and screwed me over in so many different ways. I would never ever purchase from here again and I will have my guard extremely high the next time i buy a car from anywhere.

Leased a Ford Fusion last year. I never leased a car before. Leonard Federici patiently explained the benefits for a driver like myself who does not drive that much. He did have to explain things more than once and I appreciate his kindness. The lease price he worked out was good for my budget. I returned for an oil change and found the service dept. was professional and courteous. I was so impressed with the non pressure sales and and courteous staff I have since referred two friends to 23 auto mall. As a woman shopping alone for a car and feeling anxious I can say that dissipated and became comfortable with the process. I would give them more than a 5 star rating.
