Great customer service!

Always have a good experience when I come to Rt. 23 Auto Mall. Mark was very helpful. I'm not sure of my next vehicle, but, I will purchase it here.

Great customer service

I came into the dealership a few days ago since I’m on the market for a new car after an accident. I was helped by Andreas and Soloman. Those two gentlemen were very helpful and kind. They were able to answer all of my questions and assist me in finding what car best fits. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend. 10/10

Discriminates against out of town customers

I have filed a discrimination complaint in Morris County against this dealership. They refuse to sell to out of state citizens...claiming that dealing with customers from Vermont and other states gives them, "brain damage."

At Route 23 we strive to provide our in state and out of state customers with an exceptional sales process. Certain New England States, make it very difficult for out of state dealers to register a sold vehicle in a timely fashion. In the meantime, the 30-day temporary registration that was issued by us will have expired. The out of state customer will not be able to drive their recently purchased vehicle. We do not want to inconvenience potential customers, and that is why we encourage them to buy any of our new vehicles through their local Ford franchised dealer. Route 23 Management Team

Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad dealership

I had been warned about this dealership, but stupidly tried to buy a car there anyway. Please don't waste your time, the salesmen are rude and untrustworthy...even for car salesmen. I'm guessing there will be new ownership soon, incompetence doesn't bode well for the bottom line.

Exceptional

I stopped in this location several months ago and purchased a new van. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. What a tremendous staff. I was treated well from the receptionist, the sales people, Financial officers and the GM. They went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. The vehicle itself is strong and drives great. This is how business should be done. I highly recommend this place.

Promises kept!

Walking into a car dealership is stressful! I was cautious and convinced I was walking into the lion's den, and then I met Fernando Pena. At first, I thought he was doing the old "bait and switch," but if he did, the numbers are very close to what was advertised. Fernando made three promises to me for upgrades and fixes. I was sure it was just talk, (and boy can that man talk!)Two weeks after, purchase he kept all three promises. I love my car - 2017 Ford Escape S with after factory heated seats. I'll be back!

Third Ford Explorer

I’ll comment about Rt 23 Ford in Butler. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them in the past. My last was a 2015 Explorer. Before that was 2010 Explorer Sport Track. I usually don’t keep my vehicles more than two or three years. Obviously I am a big fan of Rt 23 to come back for a third time. When I traded in the 2015 Explorer I bought a cadilac 2017 Cadilac XT5 which I put on 40k in two years. I felt that I should turn it in so that it doesn’t depreciate anymore. Went to look at the Ranger and was immediately turned off for many reasons. I saw a 2019 Explorer XLT with the Desert Copper and loved it. Joe Hanson (The Man) was my salesperson and he sat in a desk where the past salesperson sat when I bought the last two vehicles. Yankees stuff everywhere. Traded in the caddy and we got stuck on a few minor issues. That’s when Richie Garcia showed up on the scene. A fast talking expert (No Joke) who wanted to assist in our stalemate. Numbers, computer skills, initiative, passion for his job is an understatement. I simply mentioned something on the Explorer that I wanted changed and he immediately took to the computer trying to solve my minor issue. At the end of our negotiation I abruptly asked for something and he so quickly accommodated me I felt it was more of a nice gesture for me than an attempt to secure the deal. Both real nice guys. Stood in the rain and he set up my I phone to help me out with Sync. Just a true passion to yes (TalkFast) and take care of his customers in which they both did. Overall my third Explorer from Rt 23 Ford. I got so many rebates I was giddy when I looked at the invoice. I honestly would not consider buying a vehicle from a different place than Rt 23 Ford.
