We walked into the Audi dealership with no intention of purchasing a car. We walked out 8 hours later with a brand new lease on one car and a purchase of another! We have never encountered a dealership, quite like the one in USR. Respectful, polite, kind...and the list goes on. Everyone from Ava, our sales person to Shawn, Carlos and Marcos bent over backwards to make a deal and make us happy and we are! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2yr old from them. in 5 days I noticed the tail light was cracked and glue was oozing from it. They would not repair. I had to pay since I then got alerts about tail light malfunction. In first 2 months I had a flat and Wheel lock kit was also missing from car. making car only to be towed to dealer. They would not honor missing parts from car. HORRIBLY RUDE SALES PEOPLE. Service was fine, - it wasn't their fault that sales people are dishonest. $200 more for a wheel lock set that should have been in the car at purchase.

Excellent company. Spiro was fabulous with the entire transaction. He set up my new car on the “MyAudi” app and phone and explained how everything works and how it works together so it was easy to understand.
