We walked into the Audi dealership with no intention of...

We walked into the Audi dealership with no intention of purchasing a car. We walked out 8 hours later with a brand new lease on one car and a purchase of another! We have never encountered a dealership, quite like the one in USR. Respectful, polite, kind...and the list goes on. Everyone from Ava, our sales person to Shawn, Carlos and Marcos bent over backwards to make a deal and make us happy and we are! Apologies to those employees that assisted and we couldn't remember your names. Thank you.

BUYER BEWARE! if you buying a used car from them.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2yr old from them. in 5 days I noticed the tail light was cracked and glue was oozing from it. They would not repair. I had to pay since I then got alerts about tail light malfunction. In first 2 months I had a flat and Wheel lock kit was also missing from car. making car only to be towed to dealer. They would not honor missing parts from car. HORRIBLY RUDE SALES PEOPLE. Service was fine, - it wasn't their fault that sales people are dishonest. $200 more for a wheel lock set that should have been in the car at purchase.

This is my 3rd Audi and my best experience to date....

This is my 3rd Audi and my best experience to date. Brandon was the key A really good salesperson. Past sales experiences with this dealership were 1 star. Glad to see improvement, hope it continues

Brandon and Carlos and the whole team at jack Daniels...

Brandon and Carlos and the whole team at jack Daniels Audi were awesome to me! They stayed almost two hours late to get my deal done so I’d have my car for the weekend. Throughout the process I never felt like I was being pressured or manipulated. They were straightforward, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I got a good price without even needing to negotiate. I highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent company. Spiro was fabulous with the entire transaction. He set up my new car on the “MyAudi” app and phone and explained how everything works and how it works together so it was easy to understand.
