Most unprofessional, shameless crooks work here. I called the sales department at 1.45 PM and Derek receives it. I ask for the A4 that I was looking for and Derek confirmed it's there. Plus he said he would be calling back in 10 mins. 1-hour pass by and no response. Finally, I call him again at 3 PM and ask if the car is there. "DEREK CONFIRMS THE CAR IS HERE AND BE READY in 30 mins". I go there at 4 PM(as scheduled) and I ask for the car. Derek said the car will be here in 10 mins. After waiting for good 30 mins, Derek stops by and says "the valet got the incorrect car, so I am going back to getting the right car". 45 mins passed by and I see no car. At 4:50 Derek stop by again and tells me the car that was listed for sale on the website(stock # 406984) has been rented by the service department as a loaner. Like seriously?! Why would you rent a car that is for sale? Derek didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the mess. The most unprofessional treatment I've ever witnessed and unfortunately had to be part of. Spare yourself the frustration.

We drove all the way to New Jersey from Ohio to purchase a pre-owned Q7. Spiro was a fantastic businessman who was easy to work with and made our first out-of-state purchase worth every minute! The rest of the dealership staff were also welcoming and professional. We love the car and highly recommend aspiro for any Audi purchase—new or pre-owned!

My husband called ahead of time to make an appointment and we were lucky enough to have Pete as our salesman. He was accommodating to our schedule being on Christmas Eve day and had us test drive three cars until we decided the car we would purchase. He worked quickly and efficiently and getting the paperwork needed to complete the transaction. Highly recommended!
