Jorge was great as he checked me in quickly and answered any questions I had. I would like to see a better snack/food spread in the future. It didn’t look very appealing.

We had an excellent experience with Steve at prestige Lexus. We came from a distance and had to do everything through email or phone but Steve made it as smooth as possible. He always got back to us very quickly. When we went to the dealership the entire purchase process was all prepared and didn’t take very long at all. We are very happy with our experience at prestige because of Steve!

Dealership had an appointment set based on my roadside assistance call. Mark handled service call with great professionalism and curtesy. He even offered an office for my use while I waited. Mark has handled my service in the past and he has been consistent with his service.

My husband and I stopped by at Prestige Lexus looking for a CPO Lexus. Bryant worked with us and was extremely patient and took the time to show us various options and test drive several cars. All of this was done with no pressure to buy. Bryant ultimately helped us find a car that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend Bryant and Prestige Lexus in NJ.

After decades dreading the car buying process, it was time to shop for a car. Michele was a breath of fresh air. Pleasant, professional and patient, she is an asset to Prestige Lexus and absolutely the reason I now own a beautiful ES 350.

They identified that a replacement battery was no totally necessary. It was nice not to be pushed into spending money. I replaced the battery anyway!
