Jorge was great as he checked me in quickly and answered any questions I had. I would like to see a better snack/food spread in the future. It didn’t look very appealing.

Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience with Steve at prestige Lexus. We came from a distance and had to do everything through email or phone but Steve made it as smooth as possible. He always got back to us very quickly. When we went to the dealership the entire purchase process was all prepared and didn’t take very long at all. We are very happy with our experience at prestige because of Steve!

Timely professional courteous

Dealership had an appointment set based on my roadside assistance call. Mark handled service call with great professionalism and curtesy. He even offered an office for my use while I waited. Mark has handled my service in the past and he has been consistent with his service.

My husband and I stopped by at Prestige Lexus looking for a CPO Lexus. Bryant worked with us and was extremely patient and took the time to show us various options and test drive several cars. Stress free

Battery problems

They identified that a replacement battery was no totally necessary. It was nice not to be pushed into spending money. I replaced the battery anyway!
