Put a deposit down on a 2024 GX 550 back in 2023 (told that I was at the top of the list). After repeated attempts to contact the dealer I finally heard back. "Sorry we only have two available, but they don't meet your specs. I said "ok", please keep me posted on the next allocation. Never got a call back and I finally had enough of their bad customer service and asked them to return my deposit. Don't waste your time with Prestige Lexus, there are better dealers in the area.

Sold my car to Prestige used cars all was ok until it was time to get my check I was told to come in Monday just 2 days after the sale. I called to verify the check was there and I could stop by I was told I had to leave a message and I did, not just one message but Eleven detailed messages over 5 days. NOT ONE REPLY Zero Natta. The manager said (oh well) We will never go back

The dashboard of my Lexus NX 350 was showing “Key Battery
The dashboard of my Lexus NX 350 was showing “Key Battery Low, Replace battery”. So Key battery changed on 12/20/23. Still showing Key Battery low. Again Key battery changed a couple of days later. The problem continued and nothing changed so far. I have been to Prestige Ramsey 9 times so far. My car currently is at Prestige Ramsey since last Thursday. Nobody knows the issues regarding “Key Battery L:ow” matter. It is a big issues. Prestige Ramsey busy to sell the cars, but has no idea with identifying & solving problems.

January 7, 2024 The dashboard of my Lexus NX 350, 2023 displaying “Key Battery Low, Replace Low Battery“. So I got Key Battery changed on 12/20/2023, but still showing “Key Battery Low, Replace Low Battery”. I got Key Battery changed again a couple of days later and again nothing changed, still displaying “Key Battery Low, Replace Low Battery. I have been to Prestige Ramsey Service Department 9 times so far and nobody knows how to identify the problem for “Key Battery Low” issues. My car is currently at Prestige Ramsey since 1/4/2024 and nobody knows the root cause of ‘Key Battery Low”. Prestige Ramsey busy selling cars, but DON’T KNOW HOW TO IDENTIFY & SOLVE THE VERY BASICS, KEY LOW BATTERY! What a shame! Anyone has any idea about solving “Kew Low Battery”? Very very frustrated and disappointed!

Great experience
On October 28th I went to prestige lexus of Ramsey in new jersey.I met with a sale associate by the name of Steven Glenwick who provided excellent customer service he was patient, attentive ,informative. Steven went above and beyond to assist me in selecting my future vehicle. Everyone that assisted me that day were very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice.
