I’ve had several issues with my car and unfortunately,
I’ve had several issues with my car and unfortunately, every time it goes in for service at this dealership the experience has been disappointing. The car keeps coming back with problems unresolved, and the staff are not helpful in explaining what’s going on. Paperwork is often missing or incomplete, which makes it hard to track what was actually done. On top of that, the car was returned dirty after service, and I noticed that the change I kept in the holder was missing which is unacceptable. Overall, I haven’t felt that my concerns were taken seriously or that my car was treated with the level of care I expect from a Lexus dealership.

I have been using this fine dealership for 21 years.
I have been using this fine dealership for 21 years. This time I needed a loaner. I traveled home to Hackensack and back. I got a bill for the gasoline for $9.96. Why would you charge $5.80 a gallon, which is outrageous, and even charge me at all given that my bill at Prestige was almost $1000! I don’t remember you ever doing that before. I’d like a refund for the $9.96!

My representative was excellent.
My representative was excellent. He kept me informed of the 15,000 miles process in my car and share the video of my car being worked on . He was very attentive and let me know of the need of alignment but was not ready for it in that visit.
