Excellant! Mike Hickey was a great to do business with.
I rated this dealership excellent. I was recommended by a friend to make an appointment with Mike Hickey regarding a new vehicle lease. This was my 6th lease with Chrysler so I knew exactly what I wanted in a car and monthly payment. Mike did not try and "wheel and deal" me one bit. He delivered exactly what I asked more plus 1 or 2 more "bells and whistles" on my new Pacifica. I love the care and my monthly payment!! I finally found a new home and salesperson when it is time for a new lease.

Mike Hickey - JEEP of Paramus - Excellent Service
What my father and I liked most about our experience at JEEP was the outstanding service we got from Mike Hickey who is professional and polite in every aspect of his job. He made us feel at home and truly part of the JEEP family. When I think of JEEP these days and I am asked about my JEEP, I automatically think and say Mike Hickey. Absolutely a joyous and wonderful time all around.

The worst!!!!
Clueless. Could care less. Charge you $140 before you even walk in and then they let it sit there for days. My 3 year old latitude just completely shut down on the highway die to their Computer systems and they told me they would impound my car if u didn't get it out of there when I complained that this was an emergency and the computer system was freezing up my car. What a racket. They sell u a poorly made vehicle...then charge you to fix their problems. The manager Steve was condescending and defensive and completely unhelpful. I have been. A Jeep owner for 20 years and this department has turned me off completely to Jeep.

Terrible experience
Very dissatisfied. From sales, finance and management, after the sale was completed no one cares about customer service. I have issues with harassment because of customer service surgery from salesman, finance gentleman enter my social security number incorrectly making it an issue for me that I had to resolve on my own! My husband had to resolve this issue on his day off because of dealership error and all I received was a "sorry you can call me at any time" from the sales manager, Mark. Well, needless to say, not even 24 hours after that conversation another issue presents itself. I call the number he provided, to my surprise.. A wrong number. Called the dealership six times and the receptionist laughed at my frustration and kept me on hold. I never received a call back. Absolutely horrible customer service. My suggestion, go anywhere else!!!! Find a dealership that cares for the customer, not just for the money.

Excellent customer service!
Salesman Anthony Bollatta was top notch. Very informative and patient. I'm not exactly the easiest customer. I was hung up between 2 colors and he took the time to get the 2nd vehicle so I can see it in person. When that wasn't enough Anthony pulled both Jeeps inside so I could compare the two (it was raining). Very satisfied with Anthony.
