Route 4 Dodge and Jeep

All the personal that I had interaction with was excellent. All parties were to the point no nonsense. I walked into the dealership to do some homework on a vehicle that I endup leasing. I have leased about seven vehicles out of one dealership over the last tens years. So by me saying that I am a loyal customers and your employees made me change a new chapter in my life.

The worst

Leasing a car from them was a nightmare - they made multiple errors in the paperwork which forced me to come back in on 3 different occasions to resign new paperwork due to their carelessness. I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether.

Go get your car, it's waiting for you.

The whole process went great. The sales person was able to work with me to resolve any issues or concerns I had. The sales person was very informative during the test drive of the vehicle. We were able to come to a deal on the purchase of my new vehicle.

Great Experience with Service Dept.

Alex the service writer was fast and friendly. He gave me a loaner car to do a 4 hrs service so I was very pleasantly surprised. And when I told him it took too long to just make a service appt, he gave me his direct number and said that a text will pop up on his computer. And we communicated all day like that. Was very happy with this system!!
