The worst

Leasing a car from them was a nightmare - they made multiple errors in the paperwork which forced me to come back in on 3 different occasions to resign new paperwork due to their carelessness. I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether.

The whole process went great. The sales person was able to work with me to resolve any issues or concerns I had. The sales person was very informative during the test drive of the vehicle. We were able to come to a deal on the purchase of my new vehicle.

The rep I believe was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He also had a very nice smile and greeted me upon arrival. The facility was clean.

Great Experience with Service Dept.

Alex the service writer was fast and friendly. He gave me a loaner car to do a 4 hrs service so I was very pleasantly surprised. And when I told him it took too long to just make a service appt, he gave me his direct number and said that a text will pop up on his computer. And we communicated all day like that. Was very happy with this system!!

The reason people call car dealers sharks.

I can see it is a waste of time to post any wrong doing,bad sales. As they say watch out for smiling faces because alot tell lies. If you let your guard down like I did, you get knocked out. Has anyone noticed that rt 4 management respond to the 5 star post and one neg post. That explains what will happen if I honestly complain about being ripped off.

Great selection

Quick service...beautiful detailing and lots of selection. The sales person was very friendly and he knew a lot about the cars. The showroom was very clean and everyone working was dressed nicely.

Hassle Free and Enjoyable

I could not be happier with the entire of process of finding the right Jeep. Rt. 4 has impeccable service, I would say comparable or even better than some luxury dealerships. Right from the beginning our salesman Leo made finding the right Jeep simple. On top of that making the deal was haggle free something which is hard to come by now a days.
