I am not very happy with DCH Paramus Honda's charge for the engine oil change and brake fluid flush for 2015 Honda Accord. This dealer charged me $15 more for customer pay environmental and/or shop supply charges for repair order. On their website, it does not mention it and in the writer up, before jobs begin, they did not mention it. Furthermore, on March 27, 2019, I had my 2008 Odyssey oil change in this shop. In the multipoint check report, it indicated that this car needed a timing belt change. unfortunately, prior to this, the car was already changed the timing belt, water pump, external belt and timing belt tensioner at other shop, DCH Academy Honda, when the car had 98902 miles on it. The car was driven 8676 miles after timing belt change, DCH Paramus Honda asked to change it again. So the multipoint check was wrong.

We walked in to Honda in Paramus and told the receptionist were looking to replace our Odyssey that was totaled from Hurricane Ida. 2 minutes later she brought Hamad out to us and- word for word she says “Okay I brought you our best one, you’ll see.” She wasn’t kidding. If you are looking for someone who thoroughly knows what they are doing, someone who will work with you, someone who will be very honest and who is extremely personable, then Hamad is your guy. You’ll see, after 5 minutes of working with Hamad, that he is working for your good, not to just make a sale. Just a genuine guy who clearly knows the ins and outs of the car industry. We left with a beautiful van, despite my husbands hesitations lol (thanks Hamad) , and an overall amazing experience.

Manny is a great sales agent. He did everything just to make sure we get the Car in less than two hours. I will highly recommend him. If you go to Honda in Paramus, make sure to look for Manny. He is the best & he is patient, clear, and straightforward with what we need to expect in buying a newly made car and tailored our plan to what we can afford. He is impressionable, charismatic, and is down to earth when we talk. I will definitely go back to Honda for my third vehicle if Manny remains as our associate in the location we go to.
