If I can give 0 stars I would Terrence is horrible. He has the most horrible customer service I ever seen the way he speaks to customer is unacceptable. Honda must be desperate for employees to keep this man employed there.

Manny Mudeidat was very professional and friendly. He is knowledgeable salesman. He offered after sales services.

Everyone at DCH Paramus was great to work with from the first email with Jordan and Jenna to the in person interactions with Alex. He was great working within my budget and we made a deal within the terms I liked. I never felt rushed or pressured even though it was late and a terrible storm. They're marking up cars well over MSRP. In my case, they tried to charge me an extra 5k. We walked. They reached out to me saying "It's not often we lose deals over pricing, and I'd like to make sure we have done everything we can to earn your business". They offered me the same price. Disrespectful.
