Professional, efficient and customer focused are just a few words to describe the staff at DCH. My first encounter was with Omari Addison who remained professional yet relatable throughout the entire exchange. I felt as though I was with a sales consultant who was not only advocating for the interest of the company but also for my interest. Excellent job all around.

This is my third time at this dealership. I return...

This is my third time at this dealership. I return because I appreciate and am grateful for the excellent service. I first contacted Bill Sutera and explained to him my situation. Bill then referred me to Alex Barnabe who was extremely helpful and patient with me . He took the time to go through options available and that would work for me. He also worked with me to get my car installed with hand control driving devices. He went through all the features and also said if I needed further explanation I could call and come in at another date. I highly recomment DCH Paramus Honda.

After struggling to find a new lease with the current car...

After struggling to find a new lease with the current car shortage a family member recommend I go to DCH Paramus. I’m so happy I came here! Hamad was very helpful, was able to find me the perfect car and actually worked with me to get to a place where I was comfortable. It was a great experience especially after I was only given the option to buy out my previous lease from Ford which I really didn’t want to do. He also took the time to go through all the features of the car not only on the day I test drove it but also the day that I picked it up. It was a really great experience and cannot recommend Hamad and DCH Paramus enough!

We went to the dealership interested in buying a CRV....

We went to the dealership interested in buying a CRV. Mark provided us with great customer service and he was very willing to work with us To ensure that we got the best deal. I would highly recommend that if anyone is interested in buying a Honda, to make sure to go to Mark.

This is the shiniest dealer in the area. The facility is...

This is the shiniest dealer in the area. The facility is top notch. The service department is wonderful. I'm a long time customer and always get good service. I've been driving Honda automobiles for most of my life. My Accord has over 189,000 miles. The sales department is a disappointment. On two occasions, the "product specialist" simply wouldn't give me the price of the vehicle I just test drove (It's on the sticker). This became a game where the "product specialist" would consult with the "manager" and he would return and give me another reason not to give me a price ("I just went to get this worksheet", "Oh, I didn't know you were asking for a price"). Even when I got up to leave, I was then intercepted at the door by both the "product specialist" and the "manager" and STILL not just given the price of the vehicle. It really felt like a scam is being run here. Stay away from this one. Very disappointed and quite a turnoff for a LIFETIME HONDA OWNER.

I just tried to call the number posted (201.426.4676). This is the main number. I don’t have the time to figure out who I should be talking with, but I’m pretty sure there’s no way to really resolve this.

I have always had a great experience with DCH Paramus. Daniel B (who set up my léase) and Diego C (who switched me from a lease to a finance) were super helpful and made sure I got everything I needed during my transactions. It was my first time leasing and then buying a car so their expertise really helped make the process easy!
