The representatives I dealt with made it a pleasant experience and easy transition to finance my Honda after my lease was up. I was not happy with the amount of the doc charges, but I guess you heard that complaint from other customers.

I don't usually write reviews but the outstanding service that Alex Bernabe provided my husband and I were absolutely amazing! I am 22 years old, making less than $45k a year, credit score at 550. Alex Bernabe got me done by 2-3 hours vs. Planet Honda's sales rep. Btw, worst dealership I have worked with! My husband and I were at Planet Honda for 5 hours just to get the run around with the F&I/Desk manager and the sales person. They were asking $7,000 down and $625 a month. Alex Bernabe and his team worked so hard to get us to $500 down for $400 a month! Alex also provided great customer service! He really is a hard working guy and it shows. 20 years of auto sales and this man really knows his stuff! The one major thing my husband and I really appreciated was his consideration, making sure we were prepared for whats to come whether it was good or bad. He was very upfront and positive. He kept telling us "I think there is something here, I'm going to leave you the extra key fob in hopes for positive outcomes." And there we have it! We got our new 2020 Honda Civic Sport! Alex's motivation and positively made us feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend everyone to work with Alex! I plan on giving my husband this 2020 Honda Civic Sport and getting a new 2020 Honda Accord Sport from Alex again! He really made this process smooth, fast and easy.
