Great experience! My least favorite thing is going to buy/lease a new vehicle but Hamad Deeb has definitely changed my mind about that. I have to thank Bill Sutera for selecting Hamad to take care of my lease options. If you are in the market for a Honda you must absolutely go to DCH-Paramus and insist on meeting with Hamad. We would like to thank Freilly Francisco and Jerrod Hurley for all their assistance and professionalism shown us during our 2017 Honda CRV lease buyout. After a very poor experience trying to do the same thing at Route 23 Honda, Pompton Plains, NJ (our regular dealer) and after their Sales person made us wait multiple times while he "checked out" our questions, started to get annoyed as time went on, then when the final figures were provided we were surprised (and had to discover them ourselves) with additional charges for documentation (way over and above our contracted amount) and very high licensing fees (both he could not tell us why understandably), we left RT 23 Honda totally confused. My wife found DCH Paramus Honda on the Internet. We called the same day, had an appointment, came in, met with Freilly who answered all our questions, was very friendly, and really does know his stuff. Then in about and hour, we had the final numbers, my insurance company contacted, met with Jerrod, signed all the papers (even added Honda Care for four years and at a very fair price) temp plates were then put on the car, and in maybe two hours, we were done. And we TOTALLY knew what was happening and what to do next. Of course, to anyone reading this, please do your own due diligence, but after our experience, we highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda and if you can, ask for Freily Francisco and Jerrod Hurley, both also highly recommended.
