DCH where you are treated like you are family.

The internet sales rep. Lisa Williams and the sales rep. Jenssy Diaz were excellent. The price quoted was the price paid. No hidden markups, None. They treated us like part of the family. They even allowed us to test drive the car amid the Coronavirus. If you're looking for a great deal with no hidden charges I definitely recommend them.

Great Deal for My New Leased Car

I walked into DCH Paramus Honda skeptical as to if I wanted to lease a car. I talked to David Kim, who was very kind. I was offered a great deal and couldn't resist! I rate my experience 10 out of 10! He was very professional and helpful.

DCH WON'T SEND TITLE

I purchased a 2003 CRV in January of 2020 and DCH refuses to supply the Title. All they have is excuses and no solution to my issue.

Dealership Won't Send Title

Dealership Won't Send Title. I purchased a car in January 2020 and NO TITLE !!! They took my cash but where's the Title?? Where is My Title ??!!

Unresponsive at best

I bought my car three months ago and still don’t have it. The dealer either never ordered the plates and registration or there was a problem with the title and are not willing to share that information. I’m temporary plates expired. I brought the car to them and got a loaner until the plates came in. Then the whole COVID thing happened. Now I still don’t have my car. I am about to make my third car payment and I can’t get anyone to call me back.

Excellent Service

I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Salesman Abel greeted me at the door in a very professional manner. He helped me get a lease. I was very happy. I was treated well. The young lady who discussed the particulars of the car with me, Jordan, also did an excellent job. She knew the car well. I definitely would return for another vehicle at DCH Paramus Honda.
