Great Service
I really wished I had known David Kim earlier! I would've leased my first Honda car from him if I knew him before! Glad I met David for my second time leasing the Honda car because he gave an amazing explanation where I could fully understand what kind deal I am getting. Also, he worked with what kind of offer I was expecting and made it happened. This is my dealer from now on, I can't ask for anyone else now. Very satisfied with my leased car.

Rude, dishonest, disrespectful encounter
Long story short, when purchasing my pre-owned vehicle, I was trading in a leased 2016 CRV. I had actually agreed to paying higher than the listed price on this pre-owned car, having agreed to pay about $3000 more after interest because they agreed to accept any payments associated with the leased car. While signing my papers, I was verbally reassuring with my salesman, Mohammad Ziyadeh, that all payments regarding the leased car would be taken care of and he agreed. Fast forward 3 months and I get a bill from Honda Financial of about 450 dollars because of a service fee. I contacted Mohammed who tells me that he was unaware of the fact that because i purchased a pre-owned car that the dealership could not waive this fee on my behalf. If i had a leased car, they would be able to accomodate me and accept the service fee. Whether out of ignorance or dishonesty, this is not good for business. Having less faith in him, I went in person to ask for someone with more authority to speak to me on the issue. I was met by sales team leader, CJ Slitas. I have never had a more rude, indecent, and frankly unpleasant man who is in a position to work with customers. He would turn his back when I was trying to make a point, and was verbally abusive of me in front of his whole staff. Without having full closure of this matter, and with the recent corona pandemic (I work in healthcare) i was not able to revisit the dealership and was recently informed that the bill was now charged off, affecting my credit. Of course, i ended up paying because they have all the leverage with my signature and ultimately it is my fault for not reading entirely at that moment. All I want from them is some honesty which they could not accept fault. Nothing will happen to them, but this distasteful experience has affected me so much that I will never purchase another Honda nor will I recommend anyone I know to that dealership.

Awesome Car and People
I love the employees and my car buying experience was amazing. Ramon was great! Ramon and Jada were great to me. Ramon took his time and got me a great deal. Jada was extremely thorough going over the vehicle and making sure I knew all about my new car.
