Let me tell you what happened today. I walked into Honda ready to be disappointed because of financial issues. Ramon Fana greeted me as I was walking up the steps. I told him I was gonna be honest and tell him my issues. He said not to worry and that I would be leaving with a car today. In my mind I said yea right but as the process was going I kept thinking ok we are getting somewhere. Still I was in denial. Ramon said let’s go test drive the car. Once we came back inside, he put his hand out and said congratulations and smiled. I was in shock ready to leave I said no xxxxing way. Carlos Gonzalez in finance department made it even better going over numbers and things that would be happening for me. As i sat in his chair , I told him i don’t know what to say to you but a big thank you. Thank you guys so freaking much. 🖤

The total time spent was about 1.5 h in the office. We also were offered a test drive. The environment is also welcoming.

Amazing service from the minute I got out of my van until the minute I drove away in my brand new van! My salesman was super! The finance man was so relatable and kind, very informative and funny. And Mix, who explained the car inside and out to me was AMAZING!! Fantastic people! Terrific service!!!
