Excelente servicio

Great experience

We came here with my husband to look for a new vehicle for me. We were approached by Sales consultant Adolfo Marte. I would say that working with him was a pleasure and overall our best experience at the dealerships ever. He is professional, open, patient, attentive to our needs. Finally, we found the car we were looking. Would highly recommend this place and this particular consultant.

excellent deal

The lease was almost over and we were looking for a new car. We were able to get an excellent deal. Donte explained everything about our new car to us. He took his time with us and explained things we were confused about until we understood. Very kind and helpful.

Kadir was very helpful

Paramus Honda is warm, friendly, and very professional.

Kadir Karagoz has helped me buy and/or lease a Honda for more than 15 years. Honda is the Best car! I have owned one of every make, either for me, or for one of my 3 sons. Kadir Karagos is the BEST salesman. He knows Honda cars. He has helped me with every one of the cars I have bought or leased. He is extremely professional, always warm and friendly; and strives to meet the customer's needs. He is never unpleasant, never pushy, and never provokes anxiety. He takes good care of you and you leave with a smile; knowing that you will return to see him again when it is time for another car.

Very disappointing experience!

We purchased a new Honda CRV on 12/01/2018. We almost walked out because the original sales guy, Jesus, was cocky and condescending. I asked him about various CRV models, which is a fairly basic question. He then repeated that his dealership is the "largest on the East Coast" three times without answering the original question. When I asked for clarification, he accused me twice of being a "confused customer" and we were about to storm out of that place. They then brought a guy named Omar, who purported to be the "manager." He wasn't particularly knowledgeable or hostile. They finally set us up with Eli, another sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Eli was the one that closed the deal for us, as he was very helpful. However, we were very close to take our business elsewhere. Additionally, it's worth pointing out that the finance people messed up calculating the sales tax and overcharged us by $54. They said it was a "mistake" but I'm not convinced. They said they'll send us a refund check, again which is inexcusable for a large dealership. We also waited over an hour for the car to be ready and finalized. I noticed that there are many employees just standing around not doing anything. Overall, Eli did a great job, but the other employees were either hostile, unhelpful, or incompetent. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you get Eli to assist you.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE TEAM

I went to get a recall fixed. They said I needed a set of new tires because they are old, not because they are worn. Then they sold me a set of 2 year old DISCONTINUED tires. I complained and they changed to 1 year old set of tires. BUT they did only half-xxx job and didn't clean the rim that resulted in air leakage. I went to another place to find this out. Of course I had to pay extra for DHC Paramus Honda mechanics' laziness. Completely UNRELIABLE and UNTRUSTWORTHY. Just because you don't get to see them working on your car, do NOT assume that they will do a good job. If you do not know about cars, go to a local repair shop where you can talk to mechanics. NEVER AGAIN!
