He was able to explain any differences between the 2018 and 2019 models which was a factor in our decision. He also suggested a test drive which solidified our decision on our choice of car. Adolfo was also amazing in procuring an fantastic deal for us, especially since we came in so close to closing. He worked with great diligence and understanding in what we were asking for and what we needed. If you want to feel like a number and not a valued customer, this is the place for you. I made the special trip to this dealership because it had the color and trim level I wanted. Otherwise, I would not have driven all the way over there. First, they tried to show me numbers with 7.9% interest financing, and when called on it, the saleswoman did not know that Happy Honda Days was advertising 1.9% rates. She had to go on the website to confirm. During our price discussion, I was even laughed at when I did not agree to their price right off the bat. Eventually, we agreed on a price and then I had to wait around for the finance guy to be available. He took my "no" responses to all the add-on packages as playing hardball. At that point, I just wanted to be done. I'm happy with the car itself, but not the process or most of the people I dealt with.

Trading in my 2011 CRV for a 2018 CRV was made simple with the help of sales associate Carlos Gonzalez. He was efficient, knowledgeable and did his best to get us a good deal!
