Easy purchase

Very easy and simple buying experience. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought and was the best choice so far. Highly recommend Adolfo and this dealership

Horrible Experience

My husband and I visited the dealership on Tuesday ready to buy a 2019 Honda Pilot and were completely disrespected and treated horribly by the Sales Staff. Our Associate knew close to nothing about the inventory and he obviously was not empowered to make a deal or give a quote. After wasting more than an hour of my time, he brought bullish xxxxxxx out to try strong arm us by not giving us a quote until we would confirm that we had a deal. Disgusting way to treat a customer. We will never recommend the dealership and left and went to Toyota and bought a 2019 Highlander that afternoon.

Purchase of New 2018 CR-V EX-L with Navi

It was a pleasure to work with the Sales Person, Diego Cozar. He was very friendly, flexible and very knowledgeable about the product and the pricing. Within two visits, he was able to finalize the deal, do the paperwork and get the car the following day. Alberto was extremely helpful and organized with the documentation and I was able to get done with all the formalities within 30 minutes. He was very professional in explaining each document. Finally, it was a pleasure to work with Hamad to get the training for all the new features in the car. I was running late for another appointment but he was able to explain all the important things in a short time. I had an opportunity to follow up with on the phone and he was very helpful. Overall, it was a very nice experience for myself and my wife Ron Sethi

I reached the dch dealer and Met sales guy Adolfo who welcomed and showed me the vehicle and explained all the features clearly and quoted a good price and helped me buy a car!!

Excellent customer service
