I JUST PURCHASED A 2018 HONDA CIVIC FROM DCH PARAMUS HONDA. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE ATTENTION I RECEIVED FROM THE WHOLE STAFF THERE, ESPECIALLY MY SALESPERSON CARLOS GONZALEZ, AND THE TECHNICIAN WHO PREPED ME ABOUT THE ACCESSORIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF DCH PARAMUS HONDA FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I PURCHASED MY VEHICLES, AND SERVICED THEM THERE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH EVERYONE WORKING THERE. From internet to in-person interaction all our experiences were very positive. Jason via the internet was the only Honda online person (not sure he might be virtual) who gave follow-up pricing on cars we were interested in leasing. Alex Bernabe the salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Even the evening front desk receptionist who remembered us from years ago came over to say hello. Alex Ramos (?)handled the new car introduction and any follow up we may have had. The only downside, the intolerably long wait on the order of two hours to finalize paperwork with the finance dept. The management team did correct a pricing error when pointed out to them and refunded the overcharge. Very nice. Overall would definitely go to DCH Paramus Honda again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience recently purchasing a 2018 Honda accord touring model. I worked with Maria the salesperson who patiently explained the whole process to me and gave me plenty of options. I then got a full tutorial on the car and how to use all the bells and whistles.
