Great service, we decided to go to this Honda due to bad experiences with other dealerships but definitely had a great experience with the salesman. We worked with Jenssy Diaz who was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The paramus dealership was overall helpful and worked with what we had to offer. Definitely recommend to hopefully buyers!

When I walked in the door, Maria Alcantara guided me though the dealership 100% from start to finish. Upon arriving, I was unsure which car I wanted to invest in.. I asked about multiple vehicles and their finishes/prices, Maria answered every one of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. Since Honda has so many different makes/models.. I realize I might have been a little difficult asking to see certain kinds more than once which meant we had to go outside a bunch of times in the 95 degree weather. None-the-less, Maria was extremely kind SO patient with me. Once I picked my favorite car and our transaction was finalized, she followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman who handled my finances, Robert Tranquilli, was awesome too! He made sure I was comfortable with the price and additions. As well, he offered protection plans that’ll help me should anything happen to my car in the future. People dream of walking into a car dealership and hope to not get bombarded or ripped off… I can thankfully say that my experience at DHC Honda was 5 Stars +!
