I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new Pilot at DCH Paramus, and that's because, Hamad Deeb made it so. First, I went to see a VW Atlas and a Kia Sorento at 2 other dealers, then I went to see the Honda Pilot last. I thought I was going to go in and leave with nothing, since there were no deals, and the other 2 dealers did have specials. Plus, I've heard from many that Pilots were expensive. With my 2nd child on the way I need the space but also a budget. I explained to, Hamad what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. He worked his magic with his, awesome, manager, Lenny and I left with a beautiful 2017 Pilot. I appreciate the 2 of them listening and delivering. Also, I probably drove Hamad a bit crazy, but he has the best sense of humor and even went out of his way to find me a big red bow so I can take a picture of it on my Pilot, which was a Christmas gift from my wonderful husband. I highly recommend DCH Paramas and Hamad Deeb.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord to replace a 2003 Honda that we purchased at this dealership 15 years ago. Because we were very happy with our old Honda we felt that the quality and performance was the reason we returned to Honda. Our sales person Juan Carlos Gonzalez was amazing. He had the patience of a saint answering all our questions. He never rushed or pressured us into making a purchase even though he knew we visited other places. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a Honda to ask for Juan Carlos because you will be treated courteously and honestly.
