Best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Alberto Cabrera’s personality and attitude is what convinced me to purchase a Honda Civic. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the Bluetooth with my phone, etc. Incredible sales guys and sales manager! DCH Paramus Honda is a big dealership with a ton of stock and great employees, any car you are looking for, they are the dealership to go to! The employees are easy to talk to and incredibly helpful. specifically i would ask for Kamal, he is a great sales person and really enjoys working with buyers.

I would like to thank Abel Fermin for selling us 3 cars. 2 Accord Tourings and 1 CRV This kid went over and beyond to make the sale work. I would recommend to all to go and ask for this person, you will be satisfied . His manager CJ was terrific to work with, a real pleasure. The only thing is the car detail shop . They are cleaning brand new cars, so its not much , just a wash. When you purchase a used car, they do a terrible job on the cleaning of the car. We purchased 2 new and 1 used. They need to be a lot more detailed on detailing a car. Very dissatisfied with that. Abel went to talk to them in person and that did not work either. After the second go around we gave up and had it detailed by a professional. Other than that, they have good coffee choices and nice cars. Go see Abel, he is your man!!!
