I came to DCH Honda with my family to purchase a new Honda CRV. From start to finish, Hamad Deeb was exceptional. He was very thorough, and made the experience a very pleasant one. He took his time to make sure we new everything about the car, and really made us feel like we came to the right place. It's nice when you get to deal with someone who truly cares for their customers' experience because it makes you feel that much more secure in our purchase. I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Everything was so effortless. Typically in a dealership it takes a whole day to close transactions. Here it was not like that even though on the day I went the dealership was packed with customers.

I had a very nice experience at this dealer. My sales associate was Alberto who was super nice and really knowledgeable about the cars. I bought a certified pre-owned Civic. The only thing I was taken aback by was that we discussed including Touch-up paint a couple times throughout the day, and then at the end of the day I was taken to the cashier to pay for it. This should DEFINITELY have been included as a good-faith gesture with my purchase.
