I walked into Paramus Honda to test drive a 2016 certified CRV touring. Mark handed me the keys and I drove the car for about 25 minutes. Mark explained all the functions of the car to me. After the test drive I told Mark that I was going to think about purchasing the car but I wanted to go home and think about it. He understood, and told me that if I had anymore questions or wanted to look at any other cars to give him a call. Two days later I called Mark and told him I wanted to come in and talk about purchasing the car. We negotiated a price that we were both happy with. Then I went in to meet with the finance manager, Shadi Saadeh. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Explained warranties to me,but did not pressure me to buy anything. This dealership and the people who work for them are second to none. A great experience!
