Awesome experience!!

2nd car from this dealership and I won't go anywhere else!! Very friendly and willing to work with you!!! Dee was so honest and friendly. They walked us through the whole process...simply the best

Excellent!

Alex is the best! He explains everything well and continues to update as you are going through the process of waiting etc... CJ was also helpful in assisting and Tim in finance was very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable during the signing process. My family and I are always happy with DCH Honda Paramus, especially Alex who goes above and beyond for his customers.

Great Service

From the moment we walked into the dealership we were helped with anything we asked for, no questions asked. First we spoke to Danny Mueses, who was patient and understanding in hearing out our problem regarding the tires on my Honda Civic. The conversation was kept in a calm and collected manner no matter what, and Danny did everything he could to try to help our situation. We were also referred to Frankie Sanchez, an express service advisor at the dealership. He was very kind from the very beginning and also did everything in his power to assist us. He remained composed and diligent throughout the process, and we were happy to have such a devoted professional help us. We would recommend speaking with these employees should any problems arise or if simply visiting the dealership regardless of reason.

The best

Great Service

My service advisor Terrence Persaud was wonderful to work with...he was very knowledgeable about my Honda CRV and even found an item that I was not aware of that was covered by my extended warranty. He contacted the company and had everything approved and fixed the same day. Needless to say he had the patience of a saint to work and explain things to me, someone unfamiliar with the mechanical workings of a car. He went way above board to help us. Thank you for your help.

2017 Honda Accord

The best salesman!!

DCH Paramus Honda , 2017 Accord sport

This was my third time returning to the DCH Paramus Honda dealership and I must say I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. I was dreading returning my leased Honda Accord sport to the dealership because I knew I did not have an extra couple thousand dollars to put down to start a new lease. I even extended my lease an extra year to remain at the same low monthly amount. That turned out to be unnecessary and I'll tell you why. Hamad Deeb a client advisor at DCH Paramus Honda really came through for me, in a way I didn't know was even possible. When Hamad learned of my lack of funds to use as a down payment toward a new lease , he did everything in his power to help me acquire a new 2017 Honda Accord! Not only did I not have to but down a substantial amount of money but he included my first months payment , tax and other registration fees into what I paid. I was able to stay at the same low monthly payment that I had had from my previous lease (which I told him was crucial for me to have). He even managed to increase my annual mileage allowance to 15,000 a year with no hesitation, I couldn't believe it. With all of these amazing options and offers, how could I refuse!! He was extremely patient while I contacted my insurance company and updated my new vehicle info and he made sure everything was in order so I could drive off the lot with my new car on that very same day. It was an amazing customer service experience and I'm loving new Honda Accord Sport! I'm so grateful and will definitely be returning to DCH Paramus Honda in 3 years when my lease has expires. Thank you so much Hamad and the whole DCH Paramus Honda family for exceeding my very best expectations! ~Alex Miller
