I have been dealing with this dealership since 1983. Each car I get from them is the best car I have ever had. They never pressure you into anything you do not want. The service is excellent and their staff in all departments have been great to me. Two members in their organization stand out as being great to me. Carlos Reyes and Alex Bernabe are the best as far as I am concerned. It is people like them that make you come back time and again. They are the best and the entire DCHParamus Honda dealership is the place to go if and when you need a good car. I love Hondas and will continue to buy their product in the future. Joseph P. John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He finally returned my phone calls after management and corporate was called. He then took his sweet time ( over a week) returning paperwork to me in which I had provide a self addressed/stamped envelope!! That is just the beginning of my list about him. As for the dealership it self, the registration came after the temporary plates, that they issued, had expired. I was told on a Friday they were sending all other, dated, material in over night mail which then arrived Monday at 5:30 pm!! I will be telling family and friends that live near there to go elsewhere. Their prices were comparable to many other dealers in the area but not worth all the hassles I went thru.

Nothing but a wonderful experience. Stephen & John are the best ever! They made my first time care purchase a breeze. They were wonderful & extremely knowledgeable with everything. I can't even begin to express my love I have for these two! These two are your guys to go to when you're looking for a new Honda. From start to finish, the customer service was top notch. I never felt pressured, I always felt listened to. They were attentive without being pushy, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and had all the information I needed. The dealership space itself is immaculate and impressive. Everyone that works there is a professional, so you feel confident you can trust them. Highly recommended. I love my new (certified used!) new Honda so much, I will never buy a car elsewhere!
