DCH Paramus Honda

Originally, I went to DCH Paramus to simply get a feel for the different cars that Honda has to offer and ask a couple of questions. Upon entering DCH Paramus, Daniel Becerra came up to me and began answering any and every question I had on the 2017 Honda line-up. Daniel was knowledgeable, a great listener, and most importantly, genuinely cared about experience at DCH Paramus and with Honda in general. After a couple of hours speaking with Daniel, I was certain that not only was a Honda Accord 2017 the right car for me, but that DCH Paramus was the dealership where I would purchase it. Overall my experience with DCH Paramus, and Daniel Becerra in particular, was a positive one that I would recommend to my friends and family.

DCH Honda of Paramus was amazing. Stephen Berkowitz was terrific from the start until the finish. From answering my questions back and forth over the phone and taking as much time as I needed in person. He truly was a wonderful sales person, our family was really taken good care of with this fine gentleman; our daughter took to him very quickly and she wants to visit him again. Mr. Deeb gave us all the time we needed and more, he really listened to what we were looking for and stayed within the budget we had set. He even took the time out to help us find good car insurance. He went over every detail of the vehicle before we left, made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with every feature. He even helped us sync our phones which by the way is an amazing feature it is the safer way to drive. We love our new Honda CRV, great features fits our family just right. The reason why i have the raiting that i did is as follows. My name is elinson and this dealership is clean welcoming to custumers and onxe you sit with a saleman they focus on you. Make you feel at home and work hard for you. They will find a way for you to get the car of your dreams. They will.make you feel comfortable while they do the heavy lifting. I have always trusted letting Honda Dealer servicing my car but this place made me think twice. My dashcam hidden in the car was stolen. The fact that my bigger and more expense GPS was left inside the car make it clear that is an insider job as the thief knows taking the bigger GPS would risk getting caught by the security cameras. Just want to leave a warning message to anyone planning to have work done here that there are some dishonest people working in this dealership. Update: Via security camera the person involved will no longer be working at Honda and the issue is now resolved.

Pricing was good, negotiation was smooth, they are aggressive to sell cars for small margin and service contract was at my discretion. Alberto did everything he could to get me the best price.
